Question 1

What do rear 2023 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 90 recorded sales of the 2023 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE with rear damage, the median was $15,775, from $9,300 to $22,900. That is 37% above the $11,475 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $16,600 a good price for this 2023 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE?

Accepted Answer

3085 comparable 2023 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE listings sold at auction for a median of $11,475, spanning $5,600 to $19,400. At $16,600 this one went 45% above that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

What does a clear mean for this JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE?

Accepted Answer

This 2023 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE was sold on a clear. A clean title means no total-loss brand was recorded at the point of sale, which is unusual at salvage auctions and typically lifts the price.

Question 4

Is 3,911 miles high for a 2023 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2023 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE listings at auction averaged 41,328 miles across 3085 sales, so at 3,911 miles this one sits 91% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 5

What does "NOT RUN" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

NOT RUN is the auction's own condition note for this 2023 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE. It means the vehicle started and moved under its own power during a brief check at the yard. It is not a mechanical inspection and says nothing about how far it would drive. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

Question 6

This JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE has rear and left & right side damage — how does that affect it?

Accepted Answer

Damage recorded in two areas usually points to a heavier impact than either label suggests on its own, and it raises the odds of structural damage behind the panels. The auction records the primary and secondary areas only; it does not assess the frame. Photographs and, where available, a physical inspection are the only way to judge how far it goes.
