Question 1

What do unknown 2019 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 30 recorded sales of the 2019 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE with unknown damage, the median was $6,338, from $3,550 to $9,700. That is 20% above the $5,300 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $5,600 a good price for this 2019 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE?

Accepted Answer

4630 comparable 2019 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE listings sold at auction for a median of $5,300, spanning $3,350 to $9,675. At $5,600 this one went 6% above that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

What does "RUN AND DRIVES" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

RUN AND DRIVES is the auction's own condition note for this 2019 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE. It means the vehicle started and moved under its own power during a brief check at the yard. It is not a mechanical inspection and says nothing about how far it would drive. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

Question 4

This JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE has unknown and transmission damage damage — how does that affect it?

Accepted Answer

Damage recorded in two areas usually points to a heavier impact than either label suggests on its own, and it raises the odds of structural damage behind the panels. The auction records the primary and secondary areas only; it does not assess the frame. Photographs and, where available, a physical inspection are the only way to judge how far it goes.

Question 5

Is 140,548 miles high for a 2019 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2019 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE listings at auction averaged 89,258 miles across 4630 sales, so at 140,548 miles this one sits 57% above that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 6

Who sold this 2019 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE?

Accepted Answer

The listing seller was PROGRESSIVE. Seller type is a useful signal: insurers typically consign total-loss vehicles, rental and fleet operators consign on a cycle regardless of damage, and dealers consign trade-ins they do not want to retail. Each implies a different history behind the same damage label.
