Question 1

What do theft 2020 HONDA ACCORD models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 65 recorded sales of the 2020 HONDA ACCORD with theft damage, the median was $8,200, from $4,750 to $11,900. That is 41% above the $5,800 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $12,100 a good price for this 2020 HONDA ACCORD?

Accepted Answer

5530 comparable 2020 HONDA ACCORD listings sold at auction for a median of $5,800, spanning $3,600 to $8,700. At $12,100 this one went 109% above that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

What does "RUN AND DRIVES" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

RUN AND DRIVES is the auction's own condition note for this 2020 HONDA ACCORD. It means the vehicle started and moved under its own power during a brief check at the yard. It is not a mechanical inspection and says nothing about how far it would drive. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

Question 4

This HONDA ACCORD has theft and none damage — how does that affect it?

Accepted Answer

Damage recorded in two areas usually points to a heavier impact than either label suggests on its own, and it raises the odds of structural damage behind the panels. The auction records the primary and secondary areas only; it does not assess the frame. Photographs and, where available, a physical inspection are the only way to judge how far it goes.

Question 5

Is 29,352 miles high for a 2020 HONDA ACCORD?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2020 HONDA ACCORD listings at auction averaged 82,749 miles across 5530 sales, so at 29,352 miles this one sits 65% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 6

Who sold this 2020 HONDA ACCORD?

Accepted Answer

The listing seller was AUTO CLUB OF SOUTHERN CA (ACSC). Seller type is a useful signal: insurers typically consign total-loss vehicles, rental and fleet operators consign on a cycle regardless of damage, and dealers consign trade-ins they do not want to retail. Each implies a different history behind the same damage label.
