This FORD RANGER sold without keys — does that matter?

Yes, usually. A missing key means the vehicle often cannot be started or moved under its own power at the yard, so its condition is harder to verify and buyers bid more cautiously. Replacing a modern key and reprogramming it to the immobiliser typically runs into the hundreds. It is one of the more common reasons an otherwise sound car sells below its comparables.

Is 95,148 miles high for a 2021 FORD RANGER?

Comparable 2021 FORD RANGER listings at auction averaged 65,574 miles across 1308 sales, so at 95,148 miles this one sits 45% above that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.
