What do side 2018 FORD MUSTANG models sell for?

Across 151 recorded sales of the 2018 FORD MUSTANG with side damage, the median was $6,400, from $4,100 to $11,600. That is 6% above the $6,050 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Was $16,900 a good price for this 2018 FORD MUSTANG?

2081 comparable 2018 FORD MUSTANG listings sold at auction for a median of $6,050, spanning $3,750 to $11,200. At $16,900 this one went 179% above that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

This FORD MUSTANG sold without keys — does that matter?

Yes, usually. A missing key means the vehicle often cannot be started or moved under its own power at the yard, so its condition is harder to verify and buyers bid more cautiously. Replacing a modern key and reprogramming it to the immobiliser typically runs into the hundreds. It is one of the more common reasons an otherwise sound car sells below its comparables.

How much below its undamaged value did this FORD MUSTANG sell for?

The insurer put this 2018 FORD MUSTANG's pre-damage retail value at $58,232. It sold for $16,900 — 71% below that. A gap this size is normal for auction vehicles: the buyer takes on the repair cost, the paperwork and the risk that damage is worse than the photos show.

Is 8,128 miles high for a 2018 FORD MUSTANG?

Comparable 2018 FORD MUSTANG listings at auction averaged 80,475 miles across 2081 sales, so at 8,128 miles this one sits 90% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

What does "ENHANCED VEHICLES" mean on this listing?

ENHANCED VEHICLES is the auction's own condition note for this 2018 FORD MUSTANG. It marks a lot the auction has given extra listing prominence, not a statement about condition. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.
