Question 1

What do unknown 2018 FORD EXPEDITION models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 12 recorded sales of the 2018 FORD EXPEDITION with unknown damage, the median was $6,100, from $3,900 to $8,100. That is 13% below the $7,000 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $3,375 a good price for this 2018 FORD EXPEDITION?

Accepted Answer

1420 comparable 2018 FORD EXPEDITION listings sold at auction for a median of $7,000, spanning $4,300 to $10,550. At $3,375 this one went 52% below that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

What does a certificate of destruction-fl mean for this FORD EXPEDITION?

Accepted Answer

This 2018 FORD EXPEDITION was sold on a certificate of destruction-fl. The title type is the auction's own classification and determines what can legally be done with the vehicle afterwards.

Question 4

How far is this FORD EXPEDITION from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at IAAI in FL - PEMBROKE PINES. The nearest major vehicle export port is Jacksonville, roughly 200 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $250-$350, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 5

Who sold this 2018 FORD EXPEDITION?

Accepted Answer

The listing seller was PROGRESSIVE. Seller type is a useful signal: insurers typically consign total-loss vehicles, rental and fleet operators consign on a cycle regardless of damage, and dealers consign trade-ins they do not want to retail. Each implies a different history behind the same damage label.

Question 6

Did this 2018 FORD EXPEDITION come with keys?

Accepted Answer

Yes — this lot was listed with keys present, which usually means the vehicle could at least be started or moved at the yard. Combined with unknown damage, that tells you more about its condition than the damage label alone.
