Question 1

What do rollover 2018 FORD EXPEDITION models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 13 recorded sales of the 2018 FORD EXPEDITION with rollover damage, the median was $4,213, from $3,600 to $6,300. That is 40% below the $7,000 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $5,650 a good price for this 2018 FORD EXPEDITION?

Accepted Answer

1420 comparable 2018 FORD EXPEDITION listings sold at auction for a median of $7,000, spanning $4,300 to $10,550. At $5,650 this one went 19% below that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

What does a junk-wi mean for this FORD EXPEDITION?

Accepted Answer

This 2018 FORD EXPEDITION was sold on a junk-wi. That is the most restrictive category: in most US states the vehicle cannot be retitled for road use and is intended for parts or export only. Import rules vary by country, so check locally before bidding.

Question 4

This FORD EXPEDITION has rollover and all over damage — how does that affect it?

Accepted Answer

Damage recorded in two areas usually points to a heavier impact than either label suggests on its own, and it raises the odds of structural damage behind the panels. The auction records the primary and secondary areas only; it does not assess the frame. Photographs and, where available, a physical inspection are the only way to judge how far it goes.

Question 5

What does "NOT RUN" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

NOT RUN is the auction's own condition note for this 2018 FORD EXPEDITION. It means the vehicle started and moved under its own power during a brief check at the yard. It is not a mechanical inspection and says nothing about how far it would drive. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

Question 6

How far is this FORD EXPEDITION from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at IAAI in MI - BYRON CENTER. The nearest major vehicle export port is Baltimore, roughly 550 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $475-$650, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.
