What do mechanical 2019 FORD EDGE models sell for?

Across 88 recorded sales of the 2019 FORD EDGE with mechanical damage, the median was $5,700, from $3,400 to $10,600. That is 28% above the $4,450 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Was $8,300 a good price for this 2019 FORD EDGE?

2912 comparable 2019 FORD EDGE listings sold at auction for a median of $4,450, spanning $3,250 to $7,200. At $8,300 this one went 87% above that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

How much below its undamaged value did this FORD EDGE sell for?

The insurer put this 2019 FORD EDGE's pre-damage retail value at $14,260. It sold for $8,300 — 42% below that. A gap this size is normal for auction vehicles: the buyer takes on the repair cost, the paperwork and the risk that damage is worse than the photos show.

What does "RUNS AND DRIVES" mean on this listing?

RUNS AND DRIVES is the auction's own condition note for this 2019 FORD EDGE. It means the vehicle started and moved under its own power during a brief check at the yard. It is not a mechanical inspection and says nothing about how far it would drive. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

Is 574,232 miles high for a 2019 FORD EDGE?

Comparable 2019 FORD EDGE listings at auction averaged 84,951 miles across 2912 sales, so at 574,232 miles this one sits 576% above that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Where was this FORD EDGE located?

The lot was held at COPART in HI - HONOLULU. Location sets the inland transport cost to a port or a repair shop, and state title rules differ, so two otherwise identical cars can be worth noticeably different amounts.
