Question 1

What do front end 2016 VOLVO XC90 models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 416 recorded sales of the 2016 VOLVO XC90 with front end damage, the median was $6,100, from $3,550 to $9,300. That is 3% below the $6,300 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

How far is this VOLVO XC90 from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at COPART in CO - COLORADO SPRINGS. The nearest major vehicle export port is Houston, roughly 1,030 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $675-$975, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 3

What does "RUN AND DRIVES" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

RUN AND DRIVES is the auction's own condition note for this 2016 VOLVO XC90. It means the vehicle started and moved under its own power during a brief check at the yard. It is not a mechanical inspection and says nothing about how far it would drive. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

Question 4

Is 133,016 miles high for a 2016 VOLVO XC90?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2016 VOLVO XC90 listings at auction averaged 122,811 miles across 1452 sales, so at 133,016 miles this one sits 8% above that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 5

Who sold this 2016 VOLVO XC90?

Accepted Answer

The listing seller was USAA. Seller type is a useful signal: insurers typically consign total-loss vehicles, rental and fleet operators consign on a cycle regardless of damage, and dealers consign trade-ins they do not want to retail. Each implies a different history behind the same damage label.

Question 6

What can I find out from VIN YV4A22PL7G1062748?

Accepted Answer

YV4A22PL7G1062748 identifies this specific 2016 VOLVO XC90 in black with a 2.0l 4 engine, all wheel drive. This page covers its auction history only. For ownership, servicing and reported accidents, run the VIN through Carfax, AutoCheck or NMVTIS — those records are separate from ours and we cannot change them.
