Question 1

What do front end 2021 VOLVO XC60 models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 243 recorded sales of the 2021 VOLVO XC60 with front end damage, the median was $10,813, from $4,800 to $16,400. That is 3% below the $11,100 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $8,300 a good price for this 2021 VOLVO XC60?

Accepted Answer

572 comparable 2021 VOLVO XC60 listings sold at auction for a median of $11,100, spanning $5,100 to $17,100. At $8,300 this one went 25% below that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

How much below its undamaged value did this VOLVO XC60 sell for?

Accepted Answer

The insurer put this 2021 VOLVO XC60's pre-damage retail value at $20,559. It sold for $8,300 — 60% below that. A gap this size is normal for auction vehicles: the buyer takes on the repair cost, the paperwork and the risk that damage is worse than the photos show.

Question 4

What does a non-repairable mean for this VOLVO XC60?

Accepted Answer

This 2021 VOLVO XC60 was sold on a non-repairable. That is the most restrictive category: in most US states the vehicle cannot be retitled for road use and is intended for parts or export only. Import rules vary by country, so check locally before bidding.

Question 5

What does "RUN AND DRIVES" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

RUN AND DRIVES is the auction's own condition note for this 2021 VOLVO XC60. It means the vehicle started and moved under its own power during a brief check at the yard. It is not a mechanical inspection and says nothing about how far it would drive. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

Question 6

Is 62,281 miles high for a 2021 VOLVO XC60?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2021 VOLVO XC60 listings at auction averaged 52,898 miles across 572 sales, so at 62,281 miles this one sits 18% above that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.
