Question 1

Was $3,250 a good price for this 2020 VOLVO S60?

Accepted Answer

280 comparable 2020 VOLVO S60 listings sold at auction for a median of $6,000, spanning $3,600 to $9,725. At $3,250 this one went 46% below that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 2

This VOLVO S60 sold without keys — does that matter?

Accepted Answer

Yes, usually. A missing key means the vehicle often cannot be started or moved under its own power at the yard, so its condition is harder to verify and buyers bid more cautiously. Replacing a modern key and reprogramming it to the immobiliser typically runs into the hundreds. It is one of the more common reasons an otherwise sound car sells below its comparables.

Question 3

What does a clean title mean for this VOLVO S60?

Accepted Answer

This 2020 VOLVO S60 was sold on a clean title. A clean title means no total-loss brand was recorded at the point of sale, which is unusual at salvage auctions and typically lifts the price.

Question 4

How far is this VOLVO S60 from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at COPART in CA - COLTON. The nearest major vehicle export port is Long Beach, roughly 200 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $250-$350, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 5

Is 50,919 miles high for a 2020 VOLVO S60?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2020 VOLVO S60 listings at auction averaged 62,296 miles across 280 sales, so at 50,919 miles this one sits 18% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 6

Can I buy this 2020 VOLVO S60 from AutoBidCar?

Accepted Answer

No. AutoBidCar is an archive of past auction listings, not a seller — we have never owned this vehicle. This 2020 VOLVO S60 was listed at COPART as lot 49151915 and any sale happened there. We publish the record so buyers can research what comparable vehicles actually sold for.
