Question 1

What do front end 2020 VOLVO S60 models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 137 recorded sales of the 2020 VOLVO S60 with front end damage, the median was $5,900, from $3,450 to $9,975. That is 2% below the $6,000 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $12,600 a good price for this 2020 VOLVO S60?

Accepted Answer

281 comparable 2020 VOLVO S60 listings sold at auction for a median of $6,000, spanning $3,550 to $9,725. At $12,600 this one went 110% above that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

How much below its undamaged value did this VOLVO S60 sell for?

Accepted Answer

The insurer put this 2020 VOLVO S60's pre-damage retail value at $24,506. It sold for $12,600 — 49% below that. A gap this size is normal for auction vehicles: the buyer takes on the repair cost, the paperwork and the risk that damage is worse than the photos show.

Question 4

What does a clean title mean for this VOLVO S60?

Accepted Answer

This 2020 VOLVO S60 was sold on a clean title. A clean title means no total-loss brand was recorded at the point of sale, which is unusual at salvage auctions and typically lifts the price.

Question 5

How far is this VOLVO S60 from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at COPART in SC - HARLEYVILLE. The nearest major vehicle export port is Charleston, roughly 130 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $200-$300, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 6

Is 68,111 miles high for a 2020 VOLVO S60?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2020 VOLVO S60 listings at auction averaged 62,218 miles across 281 sales, so at 68,111 miles this one sits 9% above that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.
