Question 1

What do front end 2019 VOLKSWAGEN TIGUAN models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 812 recorded sales of the 2019 VOLKSWAGEN TIGUAN with front end damage, the median was $4,600, from $3,300 to $6,700. That is 3% below the $4,750 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

This VOLKSWAGEN TIGUAN sold without keys — does that matter?

Accepted Answer

Yes, usually. A missing key means the vehicle often cannot be started or moved under its own power at the yard, so its condition is harder to verify and buyers bid more cautiously. Replacing a modern key and reprogramming it to the immobiliser typically runs into the hundreds. It is one of the more common reasons an otherwise sound car sells below its comparables.

Question 3

What does "NOT RUN" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

NOT RUN is the auction's own condition note for this 2019 VOLKSWAGEN TIGUAN. It means the vehicle started and moved under its own power during a brief check at the yard. It is not a mechanical inspection and says nothing about how far it would drive. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

Question 4

Is 109,702 miles high for a 2019 VOLKSWAGEN TIGUAN?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2019 VOLKSWAGEN TIGUAN listings at auction averaged 86,077 miles across 1954 sales, so at 109,702 miles this one sits 27% above that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 5

What can I find out from VIN 3VV3B7AXXKM135564?

Accepted Answer

For ownership, servicing and reported accidents, run the VIN through Carfax, AutoCheck or NMVTIS — those records are separate from ours and we cannot change them.

Question 6

Can I buy this 2019 VOLKSWAGEN TIGUAN from AutoBidCar?

Accepted Answer

No. AutoBidCar is an archive of past auction listings, not a seller — we have never owned this vehicle. This 2019 VOLKSWAGEN TIGUAN was listed at IAAI as lot 46456318 and any sale happened there. We publish the record so buyers can research what comparable vehicles actually sold for.
