Question 1

What do rear 2025 VOLKSWAGEN TAOS models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 21 recorded sales of the 2025 VOLKSWAGEN TAOS with rear damage, the median was $9,625, from $7,700 to $11,400. That is 19% above the $8,100 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

How far is this VOLKSWAGEN TAOS from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at IAAI in MI - FLINT. The nearest major vehicle export port is Baltimore, roughly 550 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $475-$650, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 3

What does "RUN AND DRIVES" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

RUN AND DRIVES is the auction's own condition note for this 2025 VOLKSWAGEN TAOS. It means the vehicle started and moved under its own power during a brief check at the yard. It is not a mechanical inspection and says nothing about how far it would drive. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

Question 4

Is 1,415 miles high for a 2025 VOLKSWAGEN TAOS?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2025 VOLKSWAGEN TAOS listings at auction averaged 11,188 miles across 537 sales, so at 1,415 miles this one sits 87% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 5

What can I find out from VIN 3VVUC7B27SM013961?

Accepted Answer

3VVUC7B27SM013961 identifies this specific 2025 VOLKSWAGEN TAOS in white with a 1.5l i-4 di, dohc, vvt, turbo, 174hp engine, all wheel drive. This page covers its auction history only. For ownership, servicing and reported accidents, run the VIN through Carfax, AutoCheck or NMVTIS — those records are separate from ours and we cannot change them.

Question 6

Did this 2025 VOLKSWAGEN TAOS come with keys?

Accepted Answer

Yes — this lot was listed with keys present, which usually means the vehicle could at least be started or moved at the yard. Combined with rear damage, that tells you more about its condition than the damage label alone.
