Question 1

What do rear 2020 VOLKSWAGEN PASSAT models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 17 recorded sales of the 2020 VOLKSWAGEN PASSAT with rear damage, the median was $3,950, from $3,200 to $5,150. That is 7% below the $4,250 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Is 61,523 miles high for a 2020 VOLKSWAGEN PASSAT?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2020 VOLKSWAGEN PASSAT listings at auction averaged 77,986 miles across 503 sales, so at 61,523 miles this one sits 21% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 3

Who sold this 2020 VOLKSWAGEN PASSAT?

Accepted Answer

The listing seller was AAA SO CALIFORNIA. Seller type is a useful signal: insurers typically consign total-loss vehicles, rental and fleet operators consign on a cycle regardless of damage, and dealers consign trade-ins they do not want to retail. Each implies a different history behind the same damage label.

Question 4

Did this 2020 VOLKSWAGEN PASSAT come with keys?

Accepted Answer

Yes — this lot was listed with keys present, which usually means the vehicle could at least be started or moved at the yard. Combined with rear damage, that tells you more about its condition than the damage label alone.

Question 5

Can I buy this 2020 VOLKSWAGEN PASSAT from AutoBidCar?

Accepted Answer

No. AutoBidCar is an archive of past auction listings, not a seller — we have never owned this vehicle. This 2020 VOLKSWAGEN PASSAT was listed at IAAI as lot 46309660 and any sale happened there. We publish the record so buyers can research what comparable vehicles actually sold for.
