What do front end 2018 VOLKSWAGEN JETTA models sell for?

Across 89 recorded sales of the 2018 VOLKSWAGEN JETTA with front end damage, the median was $3,350, from $3,000 to $4,150. That is 4% below the $3,475 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Was $3,650 a good price for this 2018 VOLKSWAGEN JETTA?

263 comparable 2018 VOLKSWAGEN JETTA listings sold at auction for a median of $3,475, spanning $3,050 to $4,650. At $3,650 this one went 5% above that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

How much below its undamaged value did this VOLKSWAGEN JETTA sell for?

The insurer put this 2018 VOLKSWAGEN JETTA's pre-damage retail value at $13,952. It sold for $3,650 — 74% below that. A gap this size is normal for auction vehicles: the buyer takes on the repair cost, the paperwork and the risk that damage is worse than the photos show.

What does "ENHANCED" mean on this listing?

ENHANCED is the auction's own condition note for this 2018 VOLKSWAGEN JETTA. It marks a lot the auction has given extra listing prominence, not a statement about condition. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

What does a salvage title mean for this VOLKSWAGEN JETTA?

This 2018 VOLKSWAGEN JETTA was sold on a salvage title. A salvage title means an insurer declared the vehicle a total loss. Repairing it and passing a state inspection can convert it to a rebuilt title, which stays on the record permanently and affects resale value.

Is 43,048 miles high for a 2018 VOLKSWAGEN JETTA?

Comparable 2018 VOLKSWAGEN JETTA listings at auction averaged 83,830 miles across 263 sales, so at 43,048 miles this one sits 49% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.
