Question 1

What do front end 2016 TOYOTA SIENNA models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 464 recorded sales of the 2016 TOYOTA SIENNA with front end damage, the median was $4,500, from $3,200 to $7,250. That is 5% below the $4,750 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

What does a junking certificate mean for this TOYOTA SIENNA?

Accepted Answer

This 2016 TOYOTA SIENNA was sold on a junking certificate. That is the most restrictive category: in most US states the vehicle cannot be retitled for road use and is intended for parts or export only. Import rules vary by country, so check locally before bidding.

Question 3

How far is this TOYOTA SIENNA from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at COPART in IA - ELDRIDGE. The nearest major vehicle export port is Houston, roughly 1,000 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $650-$950, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 4

This TOYOTA SIENNA has front end and minor dent/scratches damage — how does that affect it?

Accepted Answer

Damage recorded in two areas usually points to a heavier impact than either label suggests on its own, and it raises the odds of structural damage behind the panels. The auction records the primary and secondary areas only; it does not assess the frame. Photographs and, where available, a physical inspection are the only way to judge how far it goes.

Question 5

What does "RUN AND DRIVES" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

RUN AND DRIVES is the auction's own condition note for this 2016 TOYOTA SIENNA. It means the vehicle started and moved under its own power during a brief check at the yard. It is not a mechanical inspection and says nothing about how far it would drive. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

Question 6

Is 123,140 miles high for a 2016 TOYOTA SIENNA?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2016 TOYOTA SIENNA listings at auction averaged 126,132 miles across 1137 sales, so at 123,140 miles this one sits 2% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.
