Question 1

What does "ENGINE STARTS" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

ENGINE STARTS is the auction's own condition note for this 2018 TOYOTA RAV 4. It is a short status flag applied by the auction, not the result of a mechanical inspection. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

Question 2

This TOYOTA RAV 4 has repossession and unknown damage — how does that affect it?

Accepted Answer

Damage recorded in two areas usually points to a heavier impact than either label suggests on its own, and it raises the odds of structural damage behind the panels. The auction records the primary and secondary areas only; it does not assess the frame. Photographs and, where available, a physical inspection are the only way to judge how far it goes.

Question 3

Is 147,151 miles high for a 2018 TOYOTA RAV 4?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2018 TOYOTA RAV 4 listings at auction averaged 99,234 miles across 9577 sales, so at 147,151 miles this one sits 48% above that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 4

Did this 2018 TOYOTA RAV 4 come with keys?

Accepted Answer

Yes — this lot was listed with keys present, which usually means the vehicle could at least be started or moved at the yard. Combined with repossession damage, that tells you more about its condition than the damage label alone.

Question 5

What can I find out from VIN 2T3WFREV0JW469720?

Accepted Answer

2T3WFREV0JW469720 identifies this specific 2018 TOYOTA RAV 4 in black with a 2.5l i-4 dohc, vvt, 176hp engine, front wheel drive. This page covers its auction history only. For ownership, servicing and reported accidents, run the VIN through Carfax, AutoCheck or NMVTIS — those records are separate from ours and we cannot change them.

Question 6

Can I buy this 2018 TOYOTA RAV 4 from AutoBidCar?

Accepted Answer

No. AutoBidCar is an archive of past auction listings, not a seller — we have never owned this vehicle. This 2018 TOYOTA RAV 4 was listed at IAAI as lot 44161078 and any sale happened there. We publish the record so buyers can research what comparable vehicles actually sold for.
