Question 1

What do flood 2017 TOYOTA RAV 4 models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 20 recorded sales of the 2017 TOYOTA RAV 4 with flood damage, the median was $5,400, from $3,825 to $7,900. That is level with the $5,400 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $3,350 a good price for this 2017 TOYOTA RAV 4?

Accepted Answer

7152 comparable 2017 TOYOTA RAV 4 listings sold at auction for a median of $5,400, spanning $3,700 to $7,800. At $3,350 this one went 38% below that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

What does a non-repairable mean for this TOYOTA RAV 4?

Accepted Answer

This 2017 TOYOTA RAV 4 was sold on a non-repairable. That is the most restrictive category: in most US states the vehicle cannot be retitled for road use and is intended for parts or export only. Import rules vary by country, so check locally before bidding.

Question 4

This TOYOTA RAV 4 has flood and storm damage damage — how does that affect it?

Accepted Answer

Damage recorded in two areas usually points to a heavier impact than either label suggests on its own, and it raises the odds of structural damage behind the panels. The auction records the primary and secondary areas only; it does not assess the frame. Photographs and, where available, a physical inspection are the only way to judge how far it goes.

Question 5

Is 76,431 miles high for a 2017 TOYOTA RAV 4?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2017 TOYOTA RAV 4 listings at auction averaged 110,693 miles across 7152 sales, so at 76,431 miles this one sits 31% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 6

How far is this TOYOTA RAV 4 from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at IAAI in NC - GRAHAM. The nearest major vehicle export port is Charleston, roughly 280 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $250-$325, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.
