Question 1

What do minor dent/scratches 2016 TOYOTA RAV 4 models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 77 recorded sales of the 2016 TOYOTA RAV 4 with minor dent/scratches damage, the median was $6,450, from $4,000 to $9,100. That is 26% above the $5,100 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $4,925 a good price for this 2016 TOYOTA RAV 4?

Accepted Answer

5525 comparable 2016 TOYOTA RAV 4 listings sold at auction for a median of $5,100, spanning $3,550 to $7,400. At $4,925 this one went 3% below that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

How far is this TOYOTA RAV 4 from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at COPART in KS - KANSAS CITY. The nearest major vehicle export port is Houston, roughly 700 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $450-$675, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 4

What does "ENHANCED" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

ENHANCED is the auction's own condition note for this 2016 TOYOTA RAV 4. It marks a lot the auction has given extra listing prominence, not a statement about condition. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

Question 5

Is 187,442 miles high for a 2016 TOYOTA RAV 4?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2016 TOYOTA RAV 4 listings at auction averaged 123,247 miles across 5525 sales, so at 187,442 miles this one sits 52% above that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 6

Who sold this 2016 TOYOTA RAV 4?

Accepted Answer

The listing seller was PROGRESSIVE. Seller type is a useful signal: insurers typically consign total-loss vehicles, rental and fleet operators consign on a cycle regardless of damage, and dealers consign trade-ins they do not want to retail. Each implies a different history behind the same damage label.
