Question 1

What do rear end 2022 TOYOTA HIGHLANDER models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 299 recorded sales of the 2022 TOYOTA HIGHLANDER with rear end damage, the median was $16,150, from $10,200 to $22,800. That is 8% above the $14,900 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

This TOYOTA HIGHLANDER sold without keys — does that matter?

Accepted Answer

Yes, usually. A missing key means the vehicle often cannot be started or moved under its own power at the yard, so its condition is harder to verify and buyers bid more cautiously. Replacing a modern key and reprogramming it to the immobiliser typically runs into the hundreds. It is one of the more common reasons an otherwise sound car sells below its comparables.

Question 3

What does a non-repairable mean for this TOYOTA HIGHLANDER?

Accepted Answer

This 2022 TOYOTA HIGHLANDER was sold on a non-repairable. That is the most restrictive category: in most US states the vehicle cannot be retitled for road use and is intended for parts or export only. Import rules vary by country, so check locally before bidding.

Question 4

This TOYOTA HIGHLANDER has rear end and side damage — how does that affect it?

Accepted Answer

Damage recorded in two areas usually points to a heavier impact than either label suggests on its own, and it raises the odds of structural damage behind the panels. The auction records the primary and secondary areas only; it does not assess the frame. Photographs and, where available, a physical inspection are the only way to judge how far it goes.

Question 5

How far is this TOYOTA HIGHLANDER from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at COPART in MA - NORTH BILLERICA. The nearest major vehicle export port is Newark, roughly 220 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $275-$400, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 6

Is 85,622 miles high for a 2022 TOYOTA HIGHLANDER?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2022 TOYOTA HIGHLANDER listings at auction averaged 64,141 miles across 3136 sales, so at 85,622 miles this one sits 33% above that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.
