Question 1

What do side 2021 TOYOTA HIGHLANDER models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 366 recorded sales of the 2021 TOYOTA HIGHLANDER with side damage, the median was $15,100, from $10,000 to $21,700. That is 6% above the $14,200 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $16,500 a good price for this 2021 TOYOTA HIGHLANDER?

Accepted Answer

3861 comparable 2021 TOYOTA HIGHLANDER listings sold at auction for a median of $14,200, spanning $8,300 to $20,550. At $16,500 this one went 16% above that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

This TOYOTA HIGHLANDER sold without keys — does that matter?

Accepted Answer

Yes, usually. A missing key means the vehicle often cannot be started or moved under its own power at the yard, so its condition is harder to verify and buyers bid more cautiously. Replacing a modern key and reprogramming it to the immobiliser typically runs into the hundreds. It is one of the more common reasons an otherwise sound car sells below its comparables.

Question 4

What does a salvage title mean for this TOYOTA HIGHLANDER?

Accepted Answer

This 2021 TOYOTA HIGHLANDER was sold on a salvage title. A salvage title means an insurer declared the vehicle a total loss. Repairing it and passing a state inspection can convert it to a rebuilt title, which stays on the record permanently and affects resale value.

Question 5

Is 28,925 miles high for a 2021 TOYOTA HIGHLANDER?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2021 TOYOTA HIGHLANDER listings at auction averaged 78,530 miles across 3861 sales, so at 28,925 miles this one sits 63% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 6

What does "ENHANCED" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

ENHANCED is the auction's own condition note for this 2021 TOYOTA HIGHLANDER. It marks a lot the auction has given extra listing prominence, not a statement about condition. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.
