Question 1

What do vandalism 2022 TOYOTA HIGHLANDER models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 36 recorded sales of the 2022 TOYOTA HIGHLANDER with vandalism damage, the median was $21,400, from $11,400 to $27,250. That is 44% above the $14,900 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $37,250 a good price for this 2022 TOYOTA HIGHLANDER?

Accepted Answer

3107 comparable 2022 TOYOTA HIGHLANDER listings sold at auction for a median of $14,900, spanning $8,700 to $21,600. At $37,250 this one went 150% above that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

How much below its undamaged value did this TOYOTA HIGHLANDER sell for?

Accepted Answer

The insurer put this 2022 TOYOTA HIGHLANDER's pre-damage retail value at $54,942. It sold for $37,250 — 32% below that. A gap this size is normal for auction vehicles: the buyer takes on the repair cost, the paperwork and the risk that damage is worse than the photos show.

Question 4

What does a clean title mean for this TOYOTA HIGHLANDER?

Accepted Answer

This 2022 TOYOTA HIGHLANDER was sold on a clean title. A clean title means no total-loss brand was recorded at the point of sale, which is unusual at salvage auctions and typically lifts the price.

Question 5

Is 64,802 miles high for a 2022 TOYOTA HIGHLANDER?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2022 TOYOTA HIGHLANDER listings at auction averaged 64,139 miles across 3107 sales, so at 64,802 miles this one sits 1% above that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 6

This TOYOTA HIGHLANDER has vandalism and minor dent/scratches damage — how does that affect it?

Accepted Answer

Damage recorded in two areas usually points to a heavier impact than either label suggests on its own, and it raises the odds of structural damage behind the panels. The auction records the primary and secondary areas only; it does not assess the frame. Photographs and, where available, a physical inspection are the only way to judge how far it goes.
