Question 1

What do front end 2019 TOYOTA HIGHLANDER models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 2286 recorded sales of the 2019 TOYOTA HIGHLANDER with front end damage, the median was $8,200, from $4,700 to $12,400. That is 6% below the $8,738 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $7,300 a good price for this 2019 TOYOTA HIGHLANDER?

Accepted Answer

4345 comparable 2019 TOYOTA HIGHLANDER listings sold at auction for a median of $8,738, spanning $4,850 to $13,500. At $7,300 this one went 16% below that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

What does a clear mean for this TOYOTA HIGHLANDER?

Accepted Answer

This 2019 TOYOTA HIGHLANDER was sold on a clear. A clean title means no total-loss brand was recorded at the point of sale, which is unusual at salvage auctions and typically lifts the price.

Question 4

How far is this TOYOTA HIGHLANDER from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at IAAI in MI - APPLETON. The nearest major vehicle export port is Baltimore, roughly 550 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $475-$650, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 5

Is 85,454 miles high for a 2019 TOYOTA HIGHLANDER?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2019 TOYOTA HIGHLANDER listings at auction averaged 97,634 miles across 4345 sales, so at 85,454 miles this one sits 12% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 6

What does "RUN AND DRIVES" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

RUN AND DRIVES is the auction's own condition note for this 2019 TOYOTA HIGHLANDER. It means the vehicle started and moved under its own power during a brief check at the yard. It is not a mechanical inspection and says nothing about how far it would drive. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.
