Question 1

What do minor dent/scratches 2017 TOYOTA HIGHLANDER models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 74 recorded sales of the 2017 TOYOTA HIGHLANDER with minor dent/scratches damage, the median was $9,900, from $6,900 to $13,600. That is 24% above the $8,000 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $8,600 a good price for this 2017 TOYOTA HIGHLANDER?

Accepted Answer

2906 comparable 2017 TOYOTA HIGHLANDER listings sold at auction for a median of $8,000, spanning $4,450 to $11,900. At $8,600 this one went 8% above that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

What does a clean title mean for this TOYOTA HIGHLANDER?

Accepted Answer

This 2017 TOYOTA HIGHLANDER was sold on a clean title. A clean title means no total-loss brand was recorded at the point of sale, which is unusual at salvage auctions and typically lifts the price.

Question 4

Is 173,605 miles high for a 2017 TOYOTA HIGHLANDER?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2017 TOYOTA HIGHLANDER listings at auction averaged 121,487 miles across 2906 sales, so at 173,605 miles this one sits 43% above that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 5

This TOYOTA HIGHLANDER has minor dent/scratches and mechanical damage — how does that affect it?

Accepted Answer

Damage recorded in two areas usually points to a heavier impact than either label suggests on its own, and it raises the odds of structural damage behind the panels. The auction records the primary and secondary areas only; it does not assess the frame. Photographs and, where available, a physical inspection are the only way to judge how far it goes.

Question 6

What does "ENHANCED" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

ENHANCED is the auction's own condition note for this 2017 TOYOTA HIGHLANDER. It marks a lot the auction has given extra listing prominence, not a statement about condition. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.
