Question 1

What do front end 2018 TOYOTA COROLLA models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 2337 recorded sales of the 2018 TOYOTA COROLLA with front end damage, the median was $3,800, from $3,100 to $5,300. That is 3% below the $3,900 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $4,500 a good price for this 2018 TOYOTA COROLLA?

Accepted Answer

4856 comparable 2018 TOYOTA COROLLA listings sold at auction for a median of $3,900, spanning $3,150 to $5,700. At $4,500 this one went 15% above that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

How much below its undamaged value did this TOYOTA COROLLA sell for?

Accepted Answer

The insurer put this 2018 TOYOTA COROLLA's pre-damage retail value at $9,372. It sold for $4,500 — 52% below that. A gap this size is normal for auction vehicles: the buyer takes on the repair cost, the paperwork and the risk that damage is worse than the photos show.

Question 4

Is 147,031 miles high for a 2018 TOYOTA COROLLA?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2018 TOYOTA COROLLA listings at auction averaged 99,316 miles across 4856 sales, so at 147,031 miles this one sits 48% above that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 5

What does a salvage title mean for this TOYOTA COROLLA?

Accepted Answer

This 2018 TOYOTA COROLLA was sold on a salvage title. A salvage title means an insurer declared the vehicle a total loss. Repairing it and passing a state inspection can convert it to a rebuilt title, which stays on the record permanently and affects resale value.

Question 6

How far is this TOYOTA COROLLA from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at COPART in WA - PASCO. The nearest major vehicle export port is Tacoma, roughly 60 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $200-$300, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.
