Question 1

What do top/roof 2021 TOYOTA COROLLA models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 19 recorded sales of the 2021 TOYOTA COROLLA with top/roof damage, the median was $5,400, from $4,050 to $7,500. That is 11% above the $4,850 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $15,800 a good price for this 2021 TOYOTA COROLLA?

Accepted Answer

8011 comparable 2021 TOYOTA COROLLA listings sold at auction for a median of $4,850, spanning $3,450 to $7,200. At $15,800 this one went 226% above that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

What does a clean title mean for this TOYOTA COROLLA?

Accepted Answer

This 2021 TOYOTA COROLLA was sold on a clean title. A clean title means no total-loss brand was recorded at the point of sale, which is unusual at salvage auctions and typically lifts the price.

Question 4

How far is this TOYOTA COROLLA from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at COPART in IL - CAHOKIA HEIGHTS. The nearest major vehicle export port is Baltimore, roughly 700 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $450-$675, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 5

Is 34,821 miles high for a 2021 TOYOTA COROLLA?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2021 TOYOTA COROLLA listings at auction averaged 78,541 miles across 8011 sales, so at 34,821 miles this one sits 56% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 6

What does "RUN AND DRIVES" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

RUN AND DRIVES is the auction's own condition note for this 2021 TOYOTA COROLLA. It means the vehicle started and moved under its own power during a brief check at the yard. It is not a mechanical inspection and says nothing about how far it would drive. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.
