Question 1

What do rear 2024 TOYOTA COROLLA models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 409 recorded sales of the 2024 TOYOTA COROLLA with rear damage, the median was $7,650, from $4,675 to $11,500. That is 11% above the $6,863 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $3,550 a good price for this 2024 TOYOTA COROLLA?

Accepted Answer

7889 comparable 2024 TOYOTA COROLLA listings sold at auction for a median of $6,863, spanning $4,100 to $11,200. At $3,550 this one went 48% below that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

This TOYOTA COROLLA sold without keys — does that matter?

Accepted Answer

Yes, usually. A missing key means the vehicle often cannot be started or moved under its own power at the yard, so its condition is harder to verify and buyers bid more cautiously. Replacing a modern key and reprogramming it to the immobiliser typically runs into the hundreds. It is one of the more common reasons an otherwise sound car sells below its comparables.

Question 4

What does "NOT RUN" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

NOT RUN is the auction's own condition note for this 2024 TOYOTA COROLLA. It means the vehicle started and moved under its own power during a brief check at the yard. It is not a mechanical inspection and says nothing about how far it would drive. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

Question 5

How far is this TOYOTA COROLLA from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at IAAI in NY - MONTICELLO. The nearest major vehicle export port is Newark, roughly 160 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $200-$300, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 6

Is 49,962 miles high for a 2024 TOYOTA COROLLA?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2024 TOYOTA COROLLA listings at auction averaged 30,239 miles across 7889 sales, so at 49,962 miles this one sits 65% above that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.
