What do front end 2023 TOYOTA COROLLA models sell for?

Across 2376 recorded sales of the 2023 TOYOTA COROLLA with front end damage, the median was $5,600, from $3,600 to $8,850. That is 7% below the $6,000 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Was $6,600 a good price for this 2023 TOYOTA COROLLA?

5356 comparable 2023 TOYOTA COROLLA listings sold at auction for a median of $6,000, spanning $3,800 to $10,100. At $6,600 this one went 10% above that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

How much below its undamaged value did this TOYOTA COROLLA sell for?

The insurer put this 2023 TOYOTA COROLLA's pre-damage retail value at $20,987. It sold for $6,600 — 69% below that. A gap this size is normal for auction vehicles: the buyer takes on the repair cost, the paperwork and the risk that damage is worse than the photos show.

How far is this TOYOTA COROLLA from an export port?

The lot sat at COPART in IA - DES MOINES. The nearest major vehicle export port is Houston, roughly 1,000 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $650-$950, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

What does a clean title mean for this TOYOTA COROLLA?

This 2023 TOYOTA COROLLA was sold on a clean title. A clean title means no total-loss brand was recorded at the point of sale, which is unusual at salvage auctions and typically lifts the price.

What does "ENGINE STARTS" mean on this listing?

ENGINE STARTS is the auction's own condition note for this 2023 TOYOTA COROLLA. It is a short status flag applied by the auction, not the result of a mechanical inspection. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.
