Question 1

What do rear end 2022 TOYOTA COROLLA models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 1012 recorded sales of the 2022 TOYOTA COROLLA with rear end damage, the median was $5,600, from $3,650 to $8,000. That is 10% above the $5,100 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $5,700 a good price for this 2022 TOYOTA COROLLA?

Accepted Answer

7645 comparable 2022 TOYOTA COROLLA listings sold at auction for a median of $5,100, spanning $3,500 to $7,800. At $5,700 this one went 12% above that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

This TOYOTA COROLLA sold without keys — does that matter?

Accepted Answer

Yes, usually. A missing key means the vehicle often cannot be started or moved under its own power at the yard, so its condition is harder to verify and buyers bid more cautiously. Replacing a modern key and reprogramming it to the immobiliser typically runs into the hundreds. It is one of the more common reasons an otherwise sound car sells below its comparables.

Question 4

What does "ENHANCED" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

ENHANCED is the auction's own condition note for this 2022 TOYOTA COROLLA. It marks a lot the auction has given extra listing prominence, not a statement about condition. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

Question 5

How much below its undamaged value did this TOYOTA COROLLA sell for?

Accepted Answer

The insurer put this 2022 TOYOTA COROLLA's pre-damage retail value at $19,506. It sold for $5,700 — 71% below that. A gap this size is normal for auction vehicles: the buyer takes on the repair cost, the paperwork and the risk that damage is worse than the photos show.

Question 6

Is 40,364 miles high for a 2022 TOYOTA COROLLA?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2022 TOYOTA COROLLA listings at auction averaged 62,045 miles across 7645 sales, so at 40,364 miles this one sits 35% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.
