Question 1

This TOYOTA COROLLA sold without keys — does that matter?

Accepted Answer

Yes, usually. A missing key means the vehicle often cannot be started or moved under its own power at the yard, so its condition is harder to verify and buyers bid more cautiously. Replacing a modern key and reprogramming it to the immobiliser typically runs into the hundreds. It is one of the more common reasons an otherwise sound car sells below its comparables.

Question 2

What does a on-salvage-ontario mean for this TOYOTA COROLLA?

Accepted Answer

This 2022 TOYOTA COROLLA was sold on a on-salvage-ontario. A salvage title means an insurer declared the vehicle a total loss. Repairing it and passing a state inspection can convert it to a rebuilt title, which stays on the record permanently and affects resale value.

Question 3

This TOYOTA COROLLA has repossession and left side damage — how does that affect it?

Accepted Answer

Damage recorded in two areas usually points to a heavier impact than either label suggests on its own, and it raises the odds of structural damage behind the panels. The auction records the primary and secondary areas only; it does not assess the frame. Photographs and, where available, a physical inspection are the only way to judge how far it goes.

Question 4

Is 100,578 miles high for a 2022 TOYOTA COROLLA?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2022 TOYOTA COROLLA listings at auction averaged 61,692 miles across 7468 sales, so at 100,578 miles this one sits 63% above that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 5

Where was this TOYOTA COROLLA located?

Accepted Answer

The lot was held at IAAI in ONTARIO - OSHAWA. Location sets the inland transport cost to a port or a repair shop, and state title rules differ, so two otherwise identical cars can be worth noticeably different amounts.

Question 6

What can I find out from VIN 5YFBPMBE6NP351870?

Accepted Answer

5YFBPMBE6NP351870 identifies this specific 2022 TOYOTA COROLLA with a 1.8l i-4 dohc, vvt, 139hp engine, front wheel drive. This page covers its auction history only. For ownership, servicing and reported accidents, run the VIN through Carfax, AutoCheck or NMVTIS — those records are separate from ours and we cannot change them.
