Question 1

What do left side 2021 TOYOTA COROLLA models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 258 recorded sales of the 2021 TOYOTA COROLLA with left side damage, the median was $5,000, from $3,450 to $7,100. That is 3% above the $4,850 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $3,975 a good price for this 2021 TOYOTA COROLLA?

Accepted Answer

7992 comparable 2021 TOYOTA COROLLA listings sold at auction for a median of $4,850, spanning $3,450 to $7,200. At $3,975 this one went 18% below that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

This TOYOTA COROLLA sold without keys — does that matter?

Accepted Answer

Yes, usually. A missing key means the vehicle often cannot be started or moved under its own power at the yard, so its condition is harder to verify and buyers bid more cautiously. Replacing a modern key and reprogramming it to the immobiliser typically runs into the hundreds. It is one of the more common reasons an otherwise sound car sells below its comparables.

Question 4

How far is this TOYOTA COROLLA from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at IAAI in IL - EAST DUNDEE. The nearest major vehicle export port is Baltimore, roughly 700 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $450-$675, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 5

What does a salvage-il mean for this TOYOTA COROLLA?

Accepted Answer

This 2021 TOYOTA COROLLA was sold on a salvage-il. A salvage title means an insurer declared the vehicle a total loss. Repairing it and passing a state inspection can convert it to a rebuilt title, which stays on the record permanently and affects resale value.

Question 6

Is 34,256 miles high for a 2021 TOYOTA COROLLA?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2021 TOYOTA COROLLA listings at auction averaged 78,498 miles across 7992 sales, so at 34,256 miles this one sits 56% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.
