Question 1

What do side 2021 TOYOTA COROLLA models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 714 recorded sales of the 2021 TOYOTA COROLLA with side damage, the median was $4,900, from $3,550 to $6,900. That is 1% above the $4,850 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $6,600 a good price for this 2021 TOYOTA COROLLA?

Accepted Answer

7992 comparable 2021 TOYOTA COROLLA listings sold at auction for a median of $4,850, spanning $3,450 to $7,200. At $6,600 this one went 36% above that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

How much below its undamaged value did this TOYOTA COROLLA sell for?

Accepted Answer

The insurer put this 2021 TOYOTA COROLLA's pre-damage retail value at $15,962. It sold for $6,600 — 59% below that. A gap this size is normal for auction vehicles: the buyer takes on the repair cost, the paperwork and the risk that damage is worse than the photos show.

Question 4

What does a clean title mean for this TOYOTA COROLLA?

Accepted Answer

This 2021 TOYOTA COROLLA was sold on a clean title. A clean title means no total-loss brand was recorded at the point of sale, which is unusual at salvage auctions and typically lifts the price.

Question 5

This TOYOTA COROLLA has side and rear end damage — how does that affect it?

Accepted Answer

Damage recorded in two areas usually points to a heavier impact than either label suggests on its own, and it raises the odds of structural damage behind the panels. The auction records the primary and secondary areas only; it does not assess the frame. Photographs and, where available, a physical inspection are the only way to judge how far it goes.

Question 6

Is 97,136 miles high for a 2021 TOYOTA COROLLA?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2021 TOYOTA COROLLA listings at auction averaged 78,498 miles across 7992 sales, so at 97,136 miles this one sits 24% above that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.
