Question 1

What do side 2020 TOYOTA COROLLA models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 857 recorded sales of the 2020 TOYOTA COROLLA with side damage, the median was $4,800, from $3,500 to $6,900. That is 2% above the $4,700 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $4,700 a good price for this 2020 TOYOTA COROLLA?

Accepted Answer

9427 comparable 2020 TOYOTA COROLLA listings sold at auction for a median of $4,700, spanning $3,350 to $7,000. At $4,700 this one went exactly at that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

How much below its undamaged value did this TOYOTA COROLLA sell for?

Accepted Answer

The insurer put this 2020 TOYOTA COROLLA's pre-damage retail value at $12,992. It sold for $4,700 — 64% below that. A gap this size is normal for auction vehicles: the buyer takes on the repair cost, the paperwork and the risk that damage is worse than the photos show.

Question 4

This TOYOTA COROLLA has side and rear end damage — how does that affect it?

Accepted Answer

Damage recorded in two areas usually points to a heavier impact than either label suggests on its own, and it raises the odds of structural damage behind the panels. The auction records the primary and secondary areas only; it does not assess the frame. Photographs and, where available, a physical inspection are the only way to judge how far it goes.

Question 5

What does a salvage title mean for this TOYOTA COROLLA?

Accepted Answer

This 2020 TOYOTA COROLLA was sold on a salvage title. A salvage title means an insurer declared the vehicle a total loss. Repairing it and passing a state inspection can convert it to a rebuilt title, which stays on the record permanently and affects resale value.

Question 6

Is 70,997 miles high for a 2020 TOYOTA COROLLA?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2020 TOYOTA COROLLA listings at auction averaged 90,504 miles across 9427 sales, so at 70,997 miles this one sits 22% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.
