Question 1

What do minor dent/scratches 2020 TOYOTA COROLLA models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 85 recorded sales of the 2020 TOYOTA COROLLA with minor dent/scratches damage, the median was $6,850, from $3,950 to $10,500. That is 46% above the $4,700 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $5,900 a good price for this 2020 TOYOTA COROLLA?

Accepted Answer

9644 comparable 2020 TOYOTA COROLLA listings sold at auction for a median of $4,700, spanning $3,350 to $7,000. At $5,900 this one went 26% above that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

How much below its undamaged value did this TOYOTA COROLLA sell for?

Accepted Answer

The insurer put this 2020 TOYOTA COROLLA's pre-damage retail value at $11,049. It sold for $5,900 — 47% below that. A gap this size is normal for auction vehicles: the buyer takes on the repair cost, the paperwork and the risk that damage is worse than the photos show.

Question 4

This TOYOTA COROLLA has minor dent/scratches and hail damage — how does that affect it?

Accepted Answer

Damage recorded in two areas usually points to a heavier impact than either label suggests on its own, and it raises the odds of structural damage behind the panels. The auction records the primary and secondary areas only; it does not assess the frame. Photographs and, where available, a physical inspection are the only way to judge how far it goes.

Question 5

What does "RUN AND DRIVES" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

RUN AND DRIVES is the auction's own condition note for this 2020 TOYOTA COROLLA. It means the vehicle started and moved under its own power during a brief check at the yard. It is not a mechanical inspection and says nothing about how far it would drive. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

Question 6

Is 111,509 miles high for a 2020 TOYOTA COROLLA?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2020 TOYOTA COROLLA listings at auction averaged 90,729 miles across 9644 sales, so at 111,509 miles this one sits 23% above that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.
