Question 1

What do left front 2016 TOYOTA COROLLA models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 102 recorded sales of the 2016 TOYOTA COROLLA with left front damage, the median was $3,700, from $3,100 to $5,250. That is 1% above the $3,650 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $3,450 a good price for this 2016 TOYOTA COROLLA?

Accepted Answer

4294 comparable 2016 TOYOTA COROLLA listings sold at auction for a median of $3,650, spanning $3,100 to $5,000. At $3,450 this one went 5% below that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

What does a salvage mean for this TOYOTA COROLLA?

Accepted Answer

This 2016 TOYOTA COROLLA was sold on a salvage. A salvage title means an insurer declared the vehicle a total loss. Repairing it and passing a state inspection can convert it to a rebuilt title, which stays on the record permanently and affects resale value.

Question 4

How far is this TOYOTA COROLLA from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at IAAI in IA - DE SOTO. The nearest major vehicle export port is Houston, roughly 1,000 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $650-$950, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 5

This TOYOTA COROLLA has left front and suspension damage — how does that affect it?

Accepted Answer

Damage recorded in two areas usually points to a heavier impact than either label suggests on its own, and it raises the odds of structural damage behind the panels. The auction records the primary and secondary areas only; it does not assess the frame. Photographs and, where available, a physical inspection are the only way to judge how far it goes.

Question 6

Is 61,215 miles high for a 2016 TOYOTA COROLLA?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2016 TOYOTA COROLLA listings at auction averaged 109,923 miles across 4294 sales, so at 61,215 miles this one sits 44% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.
