Question 1

What do left rear 2022 TESLA MODEL Y models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 59 recorded sales of the 2022 TESLA MODEL Y with left rear damage, the median was $10,700, from $5,800 to $14,600. That is 9% above the $9,800 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $12,300 a good price for this 2022 TESLA MODEL Y?

Accepted Answer

4416 comparable 2022 TESLA MODEL Y listings sold at auction for a median of $9,800, spanning $5,400 to $14,300. At $12,300 this one went 26% above that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

How far is this TESLA MODEL Y from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at IAAI in CA - PERRIS. The nearest major vehicle export port is Long Beach, roughly 200 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $250-$350, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 4

Who sold this 2022 TESLA MODEL Y?

Accepted Answer

The listing seller was AUTO CLUB OF SOUTHERN CA (ACSC). Seller type is a useful signal: insurers typically consign total-loss vehicles, rental and fleet operators consign on a cycle regardless of damage, and dealers consign trade-ins they do not want to retail. Each implies a different history behind the same damage label.

Question 5

Did this 2022 TESLA MODEL Y come with keys?

Accepted Answer

Yes — this lot was listed with keys present, which usually means the vehicle could at least be started or moved at the yard. Combined with left rear damage, that tells you more about its condition than the damage label alone.

Question 6

Can I buy this 2022 TESLA MODEL Y from AutoBidCar?

Accepted Answer

No. AutoBidCar is an archive of past auction listings, not a seller — we have never owned this vehicle. This 2022 TESLA MODEL Y was listed at IAAI as lot 42617384 and any sale happened there. We publish the record so buyers can research what comparable vehicles actually sold for.
