Question 1

What do left side 2020 TESLA MODEL X models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 17 recorded sales of the 2020 TESLA MODEL X with left side damage, the median was $12,275, from $7,300 to $14,575. That is 17% above the $10,450 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $14,900 a good price for this 2020 TESLA MODEL X?

Accepted Answer

484 comparable 2020 TESLA MODEL X listings sold at auction for a median of $10,450, spanning $5,600 to $16,250. At $14,900 this one went 43% above that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

This TESLA MODEL X sold without keys — does that matter?

Accepted Answer

Yes, usually. A missing key means the vehicle often cannot be started or moved under its own power at the yard, so its condition is harder to verify and buyers bid more cautiously. Replacing a modern key and reprogramming it to the immobiliser typically runs into the hundreds. It is one of the more common reasons an otherwise sound car sells below its comparables.

Question 4

What does a certificate of destruction-fl mean for this TESLA MODEL X?

Accepted Answer

This 2020 TESLA MODEL X was sold on a certificate of destruction-fl. The title type is the auction's own classification and determines what can legally be done with the vehicle afterwards.

Question 5

How far is this TESLA MODEL X from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at IAAI in FL - CLEARWATER. The nearest major vehicle export port is Jacksonville, roughly 200 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $250-$350, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 6

Is 86,012 miles high for a 2020 TESLA MODEL X?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2020 TESLA MODEL X listings at auction averaged 70,879 miles across 484 sales, so at 86,012 miles this one sits 21% above that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.
