Question 1

What do electrical 2021 TESLA MODEL S models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 10 recorded sales of the 2021 TESLA MODEL S with electrical damage, the median was $17,550, from $13,100 to $25,250. That is 31% above the $13,400 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

This TESLA MODEL S has electrical and strip damage — how does that affect it?

Accepted Answer

Damage recorded in two areas usually points to a heavier impact than either label suggests on its own, and it raises the odds of structural damage behind the panels. The auction records the primary and secondary areas only; it does not assess the frame. Photographs and, where available, a physical inspection are the only way to judge how far it goes.

Question 3

Is 83,996 miles high for a 2021 TESLA MODEL S?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2021 TESLA MODEL S listings at auction averaged 52,949 miles across 490 sales, so at 83,996 miles this one sits 59% above that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 4

Did this 2021 TESLA MODEL S come with keys?

Accepted Answer

Yes — this lot was listed with keys present, which usually means the vehicle could at least be started or moved at the yard. Combined with electrical damage, that tells you more about its condition than the damage label alone.

Question 5

What can I find out from VIN 5YJSA1E66MF438991?

Accepted Answer

5YJSA1E66MF438991 identifies this specific 2021 TESLA MODEL S in black with a electric engine, all wheel drive. This page covers its auction history only. For ownership, servicing and reported accidents, run the VIN through Carfax, AutoCheck or NMVTIS — those records are separate from ours and we cannot change them.

Question 6

Can I buy this 2021 TESLA MODEL S from AutoBidCar?

Accepted Answer

No. AutoBidCar is an archive of past auction listings, not a seller — we have never owned this vehicle. This 2021 TESLA MODEL S was listed at IAAI as lot 46118844 and any sale happened there. We publish the record so buyers can research what comparable vehicles actually sold for.
