Question 1

What do left & right side 2022 TESLA MODEL 3 models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 23 recorded sales of the 2022 TESLA MODEL 3 with left & right side damage, the median was $6,050, from $3,750 to $8,800. That is 15% below the $7,100 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $8,800 a good price for this 2022 TESLA MODEL 3?

Accepted Answer

5532 comparable 2022 TESLA MODEL 3 listings sold at auction for a median of $7,100, spanning $4,100 to $10,800. At $8,800 this one went 24% above that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

This TESLA MODEL 3 sold without keys — does that matter?

Accepted Answer

Yes, usually. A missing key means the vehicle often cannot be started or moved under its own power at the yard, so its condition is harder to verify and buyers bid more cautiously. Replacing a modern key and reprogramming it to the immobiliser typically runs into the hundreds. It is one of the more common reasons an otherwise sound car sells below its comparables.

Question 4

How far is this TESLA MODEL 3 from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at IAAI in TX - SAN ANTONIO. The nearest major vehicle export port is Houston, roughly 200 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $250-$350, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 5

What does a original-tx mean for this TESLA MODEL 3?

Accepted Answer

This 2022 TESLA MODEL 3 was sold on a original-tx. The title type is the auction's own classification and determines what can legally be done with the vehicle afterwards.

Question 6

This TESLA MODEL 3 has left & right side and suspension damage — how does that affect it?

Accepted Answer

Damage recorded in two areas usually points to a heavier impact than either label suggests on its own, and it raises the odds of structural damage behind the panels. The auction records the primary and secondary areas only; it does not assess the frame. Photographs and, where available, a physical inspection are the only way to judge how far it goes.
