Question 1

What do front end 2022 TESLA MODEL 3 models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 2355 recorded sales of the 2022 TESLA MODEL 3 with front end damage, the median was $6,900, from $3,950 to $10,500. That is 4% below the $7,200 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $13,300 a good price for this 2022 TESLA MODEL 3?

Accepted Answer

5786 comparable 2022 TESLA MODEL 3 listings sold at auction for a median of $7,200, spanning $4,150 to $10,800. At $13,300 this one went 85% above that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

What does "RUN AND DRIVES" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

RUN AND DRIVES is the auction's own condition note for this 2022 TESLA MODEL 3. It means the vehicle started and moved under its own power during a brief check at the yard. It is not a mechanical inspection and says nothing about how far it would drive. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

Question 4

This TESLA MODEL 3 has front end and unknown damage — how does that affect it?

Accepted Answer

Damage recorded in two areas usually points to a heavier impact than either label suggests on its own, and it raises the odds of structural damage behind the panels. The auction records the primary and secondary areas only; it does not assess the frame. Photographs and, where available, a physical inspection are the only way to judge how far it goes.

Question 5

Is 7,071 miles high for a 2022 TESLA MODEL 3?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2022 TESLA MODEL 3 listings at auction averaged 72,983 miles across 5786 sales, so at 7,071 miles this one sits 90% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 6

Who sold this 2022 TESLA MODEL 3?

Accepted Answer

The listing seller was STATE FARM INSURANCE. Seller type is a useful signal: insurers typically consign total-loss vehicles, rental and fleet operators consign on a cycle regardless of damage, and dealers consign trade-ins they do not want to retail. Each implies a different history behind the same damage label.
