Question 1

What do rear 2025 TESLA MODEL 3 models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 105 recorded sales of the 2025 TESLA MODEL 3 with rear damage, the median was $12,275, from $5,300 to $18,200. That is 1% above the $12,100 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $8,000 a good price for this 2025 TESLA MODEL 3?

Accepted Answer

2867 comparable 2025 TESLA MODEL 3 listings sold at auction for a median of $12,100, spanning $6,950 to $16,900. At $8,000 this one went 34% below that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

How far is this TESLA MODEL 3 from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at IAAI in CA - CARSON. The nearest major vehicle export port is Long Beach, roughly 200 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $250-$350, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 4

This TESLA MODEL 3 has rear and right rear damage — how does that affect it?

Accepted Answer

Damage recorded in two areas usually points to a heavier impact than either label suggests on its own, and it raises the odds of structural damage behind the panels. The auction records the primary and secondary areas only; it does not assess the frame. Photographs and, where available, a physical inspection are the only way to judge how far it goes.

Question 5

Is 13,858 miles high for a 2025 TESLA MODEL 3?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2025 TESLA MODEL 3 listings at auction averaged 10,886 miles across 2867 sales, so at 13,858 miles this one sits 27% above that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 6

Who sold this 2025 TESLA MODEL 3?

Accepted Answer

The listing seller was AUTO CLUB OF SOUTHERN CA (ACSC). Seller type is a useful signal: insurers typically consign total-loss vehicles, rental and fleet operators consign on a cycle regardless of damage, and dealers consign trade-ins they do not want to retail. Each implies a different history behind the same damage label.
