Question 1

This TESLA MODEL 3 sold without keys — does that matter?

Accepted Answer

Yes, usually. A missing key means the vehicle often cannot be started or moved under its own power at the yard, so its condition is harder to verify and buyers bid more cautiously. Replacing a modern key and reprogramming it to the immobiliser typically runs into the hundreds. It is one of the more common reasons an otherwise sound car sells below its comparables.

Question 2

What does a qc-v.g.a-quebec mean for this TESLA MODEL 3?

Accepted Answer

This 2023 TESLA MODEL 3 was sold on a qc-v.g.a-quebec. The title type is the auction's own classification and determines what can legally be done with the vehicle afterwards.

Question 3

This TESLA MODEL 3 has interior damage and front damage — how does that affect it?

Accepted Answer

Damage recorded in two areas usually points to a heavier impact than either label suggests on its own, and it raises the odds of structural damage behind the panels. The auction records the primary and secondary areas only; it does not assess the frame. Photographs and, where available, a physical inspection are the only way to judge how far it goes.

Question 4

Is 59,303 miles high for a 2023 TESLA MODEL 3?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2023 TESLA MODEL 3 listings at auction averaged 42,315 miles across 7011 sales, so at 59,303 miles this one sits 40% above that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 5

Where was this TESLA MODEL 3 located?

Accepted Answer

The lot was held at IAAI in QUEBEC - LAVAL. Location sets the inland transport cost to a port or a repair shop, and state title rules differ, so two otherwise identical cars can be worth noticeably different amounts.

Question 6

Can I buy this 2023 TESLA MODEL 3 from AutoBidCar?

Accepted Answer

No. AutoBidCar is an archive of past auction listings, not a seller — we have never owned this vehicle. This 2023 TESLA MODEL 3 was listed at IAAI as lot 12629035 and any sale happened there. We publish the record so buyers can research what comparable vehicles actually sold for.
