What do hail 2023 TESLA MODEL 3 models sell for?

Across 30 recorded sales of the 2023 TESLA MODEL 3 with hail damage, the median was $11,500, from $7,400 to $16,500. That is 53% above the $7,500 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Was $17,000 a good price for this 2023 TESLA MODEL 3?

6640 comparable 2023 TESLA MODEL 3 listings sold at auction for a median of $7,500, spanning $4,350 to $11,200. At $17,000 this one went 127% above that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

How much below its undamaged value did this TESLA MODEL 3 sell for?

The insurer put this 2023 TESLA MODEL 3's pre-damage retail value at $35,343. It sold for $17,000 — 52% below that. A gap this size is normal for auction vehicles: the buyer takes on the repair cost, the paperwork and the risk that damage is worse than the photos show.

What does "ENHANCED" mean on this listing?

ENHANCED is the auction's own condition note for this 2023 TESLA MODEL 3. It marks a lot the auction has given extra listing prominence, not a statement about condition. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

How far is this TESLA MODEL 3 from an export port?

The lot sat at COPART in TX - WILMER. The nearest major vehicle export port is Houston, roughly 200 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $250-$350, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Is 5,692 miles high for a 2023 TESLA MODEL 3?

Comparable 2023 TESLA MODEL 3 listings at auction averaged 41,525 miles across 6640 sales, so at 5,692 miles this one sits 86% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.
