Question 1

What do left side 2022 TESLA MODEL 3 models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 151 recorded sales of the 2022 TESLA MODEL 3 with left side damage, the median was $7,875, from $4,550 to $11,300. That is 10% above the $7,150 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $8,825 a good price for this 2022 TESLA MODEL 3?

Accepted Answer

5722 comparable 2022 TESLA MODEL 3 listings sold at auction for a median of $7,150, spanning $4,100 to $10,800. At $8,825 this one went 23% above that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

This TESLA MODEL 3 sold without keys — does that matter?

Accepted Answer

Yes, usually. A missing key means the vehicle often cannot be started or moved under its own power at the yard, so its condition is harder to verify and buyers bid more cautiously. Replacing a modern key and reprogramming it to the immobiliser typically runs into the hundreds. It is one of the more common reasons an otherwise sound car sells below its comparables.

Question 4

What does a salvage certificate-ca mean for this TESLA MODEL 3?

Accepted Answer

This 2022 TESLA MODEL 3 was sold on a salvage certificate-ca. A salvage title means an insurer declared the vehicle a total loss. Repairing it and passing a state inspection can convert it to a rebuilt title, which stays on the record permanently and affects resale value.

Question 5

This TESLA MODEL 3 has left side and rear damage — how does that affect it?

Accepted Answer

Damage recorded in two areas usually points to a heavier impact than either label suggests on its own, and it raises the odds of structural damage behind the panels. The auction records the primary and secondary areas only; it does not assess the frame. Photographs and, where available, a physical inspection are the only way to judge how far it goes.

Question 6

Is 43,728 miles high for a 2022 TESLA MODEL 3?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2022 TESLA MODEL 3 listings at auction averaged 72,829 miles across 5722 sales, so at 43,728 miles this one sits 40% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.
