Question 1

What do minor dent/scratches 2021 TESLA MODEL 3 models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 81 recorded sales of the 2021 TESLA MODEL 3 with minor dent/scratches damage, the median was $7,850, from $5,300 to $11,500. That is 19% above the $6,600 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $11,500 a good price for this 2021 TESLA MODEL 3?

Accepted Answer

3824 comparable 2021 TESLA MODEL 3 listings sold at auction for a median of $6,600, spanning $3,800 to $9,925. At $11,500 this one went 74% above that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

What does a salvage title mean for this TESLA MODEL 3?

Accepted Answer

This 2021 TESLA MODEL 3 was sold on a salvage title. A salvage title means an insurer declared the vehicle a total loss. Repairing it and passing a state inspection can convert it to a rebuilt title, which stays on the record permanently and affects resale value.

Question 4

How far is this TESLA MODEL 3 from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at COPART in NE - GREENWOOD. The nearest major vehicle export port is Houston, roughly 900 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $575-$850, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 5

What does "ENGINE STARTS" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

ENGINE STARTS is the auction's own condition note for this 2021 TESLA MODEL 3. It is a short status flag applied by the auction, not the result of a mechanical inspection. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

Question 6

Is 35,033 miles high for a 2021 TESLA MODEL 3?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2021 TESLA MODEL 3 listings at auction averaged 64,466 miles across 3824 sales, so at 35,033 miles this one sits 46% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.
