Question 1

What do top/roof 2021 NISSAN ROGUE models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 23 recorded sales of the 2021 NISSAN ROGUE with top/roof damage, the median was $6,050, from $4,000 to $9,300. That is 10% above the $5,500 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $7,300 a good price for this 2021 NISSAN ROGUE?

Accepted Answer

6486 comparable 2021 NISSAN ROGUE listings sold at auction for a median of $5,500, spanning $3,500 to $8,400. At $7,300 this one went 33% above that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

How much below its undamaged value did this NISSAN ROGUE sell for?

Accepted Answer

The insurer put this 2021 NISSAN ROGUE's pre-damage retail value at $17,250. It sold for $7,300 — 58% below that. A gap this size is normal for auction vehicles: the buyer takes on the repair cost, the paperwork and the risk that damage is worse than the photos show.

Question 4

How far is this NISSAN ROGUE from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at COPART in MA - ASSONET. The nearest major vehicle export port is Newark, roughly 220 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $275-$400, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 5

This NISSAN ROGUE has top/roof and rear end damage — how does that affect it?

Accepted Answer

Damage recorded in two areas usually points to a heavier impact than either label suggests on its own, and it raises the odds of structural damage behind the panels. The auction records the primary and secondary areas only; it does not assess the frame. Photographs and, where available, a physical inspection are the only way to judge how far it goes.

Question 6

Is 68,467 miles high for a 2021 NISSAN ROGUE?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2021 NISSAN ROGUE listings at auction averaged 66,910 miles across 6486 sales, so at 68,467 miles this one sits 2% above that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.
