Question 1

What do minor dent/scratches 2018 NISSAN ROGUE models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 93 recorded sales of the 2018 NISSAN ROGUE with minor dent/scratches damage, the median was $4,000, from $3,100 to $6,200. That is 10% above the $3,650 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $5,000 a good price for this 2018 NISSAN ROGUE?

Accepted Answer

3722 comparable 2018 NISSAN ROGUE listings sold at auction for a median of $3,650, spanning $3,100 to $5,100. At $5,000 this one went 37% above that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

What does a salvage title mean for this NISSAN ROGUE?

Accepted Answer

This 2018 NISSAN ROGUE was sold on a salvage title. A salvage title means an insurer declared the vehicle a total loss. Repairing it and passing a state inspection can convert it to a rebuilt title, which stays on the record permanently and affects resale value.

Question 4

How far is this NISSAN ROGUE from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at COPART in CT - EAST GRANBY. The nearest major vehicle export port is Newark, roughly 120 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $200-$300, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 5

What does "RUN AND DRIVES" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

RUN AND DRIVES is the auction's own condition note for this 2018 NISSAN ROGUE. It means the vehicle started and moved under its own power during a brief check at the yard. It is not a mechanical inspection and says nothing about how far it would drive. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

Question 6

Is 62,000 miles high for a 2018 NISSAN ROGUE?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2018 NISSAN ROGUE listings at auction averaged 83,633 miles across 3722 sales, so at 62,000 miles this one sits 26% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.
