Question 1

What do front end 2017 NISSAN ROGUE models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 1058 recorded sales of the 2017 NISSAN ROGUE with front end damage, the median was $3,500, from $3,050 to $4,600. That is 3% below the $3,600 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

This NISSAN ROGUE has front end and unknown damage — how does that affect it?

Accepted Answer

Damage recorded in two areas usually points to a heavier impact than either label suggests on its own, and it raises the odds of structural damage behind the panels. The auction records the primary and secondary areas only; it does not assess the frame. Photographs and, where available, a physical inspection are the only way to judge how far it goes.

Question 3

Is 159,209 miles high for a 2017 NISSAN ROGUE?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2017 NISSAN ROGUE listings at auction averaged 88,025 miles across 2606 sales, so at 159,209 miles this one sits 81% above that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 4

Who sold this 2017 NISSAN ROGUE?

Accepted Answer

The listing seller was ERIE INSURANCE GROUP. Seller type is a useful signal: insurers typically consign total-loss vehicles, rental and fleet operators consign on a cycle regardless of damage, and dealers consign trade-ins they do not want to retail. Each implies a different history behind the same damage label.

Question 5

What can I find out from VIN 5N1AT2MV3HC812279?

Accepted Answer

5N1AT2MV3HC812279 identifies this specific 2017 NISSAN ROGUE in black with a 2.5l i-4 dohc, vvt, regular , 170hp engine, all wheel drive. This page covers its auction history only. For ownership, servicing and reported accidents, run the VIN through Carfax, AutoCheck or NMVTIS — those records are separate from ours and we cannot change them.

Question 6

Did this 2017 NISSAN ROGUE come with keys?

Accepted Answer

Yes — this lot was listed with keys present, which usually means the vehicle could at least be started or moved at the yard. Combined with front end damage, that tells you more about its condition than the damage label alone.
