Question 1

What do front end 2022 NISSAN MURANO models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 190 recorded sales of the 2022 NISSAN MURANO with front end damage, the median was $4,750, from $3,150 to $7,100. That is 9% below the $5,200 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $5,200 a good price for this 2022 NISSAN MURANO?

Accepted Answer

367 comparable 2022 NISSAN MURANO listings sold at auction for a median of $5,200, spanning $3,250 to $8,900. At $5,200 this one went exactly at that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

How much below its undamaged value did this NISSAN MURANO sell for?

Accepted Answer

The insurer put this 2022 NISSAN MURANO's pre-damage retail value at $19,772. It sold for $5,200 — 74% below that. A gap this size is normal for auction vehicles: the buyer takes on the repair cost, the paperwork and the risk that damage is worse than the photos show.

Question 4

What does a salvage title mean for this NISSAN MURANO?

Accepted Answer

This 2022 NISSAN MURANO was sold on a salvage title. A salvage title means an insurer declared the vehicle a total loss. Repairing it and passing a state inspection can convert it to a rebuilt title, which stays on the record permanently and affects resale value.

Question 5

Is 45,825 miles high for a 2022 NISSAN MURANO?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2022 NISSAN MURANO listings at auction averaged 49,533 miles across 367 sales, so at 45,825 miles this one sits 7% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 6

This NISSAN MURANO has front end and minor dent/scratches damage — how does that affect it?

Accepted Answer

Damage recorded in two areas usually points to a heavier impact than either label suggests on its own, and it raises the odds of structural damage behind the panels. The auction records the primary and secondary areas only; it does not assess the frame. Photographs and, where available, a physical inspection are the only way to judge how far it goes.
